Seamstresses in the making
In the society of male dominance, if women want to leave their mark, they must have something substantial in their hands; A skill. In less progressed areas, women are not more than a housewife.
When hard times hit them, they come out to work and at that particular time, they possess no skill that can help them. To avoid this, Noor Project wants women of our society to be empowered.
The women who are deprived, just because they have got no skill, The Noor Project gives their hands an art to craft their lives. Today, we conducted an exam of stitching unit. Women learned new ways and the latest dynamics of this industry throughout the session under the surveillance of richly experienced instructors.
Today, every student had a shine in her eyes and a spark in determination. They tried their best to give their best. The exam was not a piece of cake for them; they gave some time to the thought process before attempting.
We wanted to make them feel in a competitive environment because when they dive into the industry, things will be easy for them. Instructors were also hopeful that their trained women will not disappoint them.
