Poverty Drives Hunger
We belong to an agrarian country whose majority engaged with farming and have a 21% contribution in total GDP. 62% population lives in rural areas and directly or indirectly associated with cultivation but the scary truth is, we still have 43% population who are food insecure and out of this number 18% are fighting the dearth of food.
There are lots of research papers published that state poverty leads to hunger which is caused by injustice and unequal rights of opportunities that need to stop now.
The community who are food insecure are also humans as same as us, they also deserve equal rights and equal opportunities to survive their poverty. The government should implement effective policies for their sustainability and not only the government, but we also have some social responsibilities that we all have to fulfill by helping and creating equal opportunities through our resources that can secure their future.
The Noor Project is such a platform through which you can easily utilize your resources to help such individuals. So, come forward and join our hands to empower the deprived community.
