Self-Sustainability; Nadia’s Survival From Poverty
Nadia Muhammadyar joined us almost 8 months ago; she applied to us for admission in beautician course. After the verification of her application, she got the admission. The course duration was 6 months, in these 6 months she learned all basic expertise in her field after completing her course she started a job in well-reputed salon near Bahria Town. Starting a job was compulsory for her because she has to earn money for her mother and a younger brother. Her father died due to cancer when she was 10 years old, now she is almost 20 years old. Her mother raises them by stitching clothes but now she is getting old and it is difficult for her to bear the expenses all alone. Her family got big support from Nadia’s job and now they are living a better life than before. The Noor Project has its strongest ambition to enable the impoverished community self-sustainable so that they can overcome their poverty.
